Our club is a cooperative and every member is required to do their portion of gatekeeping and maintenance. Failure to do so results in higher annual dues.

The obligations are listed as follows:

Four hours of annual maintenance. Work parties starting from April thru end of October are arranged by the maintenance coordinator; announcements for signups are posted in the clubhouse or on the online maintenance page. For new members, please call the maintenance chair for the available dates. Maintenance Penalty for no-show is $100. Alternatively you can pay $100 and another member will do your work. Gatekeeping: Memebers are responsible for up to 5 sessions of 2 hour shifts of gatekeeping. Signup sessions for your preferred dates for gatekeeping will be conducted. If you purchased your membership from a selling member, you inherit the dates associated with their key. You are free to trade dates or find a substitute for your slotted time. Penalty for NO-SHOW is $75/shift or you can request a paid gatekeeper for $40 or you can trade your date/time slot with another member.
