It is time to schedule your summer parties!  Children’s birthday parties, end-of-season baseball or soccer parties or end-of-year school parties are great events to hold at our pool.  Children and adults alike enjoy our pool, grounds and barbeque facilities.  Plus it is much easier to prepare and clean-up at the pool instead of at home!

 

The party binder is now available in the Clubhouse.  See the gatekeeper or Bobbie Seidemann, Pool Manager, to reserve your dates.

 

A perfect spot for your next gathering, the Larkey Private Swim Club can accommodate both semi-private and private parties for up to 100 guests.

> Party Guidelines 1-25 Guests

• For Children’s parties you must provide 1:6 adult/child ratio.
• Guests and members sign in on the party sheet – members list key #.
• $2.00 per guest (swimmers or not), no charge for members.
• Club member must be present when hosting a party.

25-50 Guests

• Extra lifeguard - $14.50/hr. for each guard – It is up to the lifeguard’s discretion to call for additional guards,
• Host must also pay this additional fee (general rule is 1 lifeguard per 25 swimmers).
• Host must contact head lifeguard/pool manager to hire guards and arrange for payment.
• Refundable cleaning deposit required - $35.00.
• Guests and members sign in on the party sheet – members list key #
• $2.00 per guest (swimmers or not) no charge for members.
• Club member must be present when hosting a party.

50-100 Guests
Board approval is required.

• Board approval is required.
• Refundable cleaning deposit required - $35.00.
• Extra garbage pick-up charge - $45.00.
• Extra lifeguard - $14.50/hr. for each guard – It is up to the lifeguard’s discretion to call for additional guards, host must also pay this additional fee (general rule is 1 lifeguard per 25 swimmers).
• Host must contact head lifeguard/pool manager to hire guards and arrange for payment.
• Guests and members sign in on the party sheet – members list key #.
• $2.00 per guest (swimmers or not) no charge for members.

Private Party (During non-operational hours)
Board approval is required.

• Board approval is required.
• Refundable cleaning deposit required - $35.00.
• Minimum 25 Guests deposit - $50.00.
• Extra garbage pick-up charge - $45.00.
• Extra lifeguard - $14.50/hr. for each guard – It is up to the lifeguard’s discretion to call for additional guards, host must also pay this additional fee (general rule is 1 lifeguard per 25 swimmers). Host must contact head lifeguard/pool manager to hire guards and arrange for payment
• Gatekeeper charge - $15.00 per hour.
• Guests and members sign in on the party sheet – members list key #.
• $3.00 per guest, (swimmer or not) $50.00 minimum (no charge for members).
• 48 hour cancellation notice for refund of deposits.
